The SINGHAL Industries Act, March 1994. The company had set up an oil mill (Kachi Ghani) in the year 1994 with 24 pairs of Kolhoos. Since then the company is continually growing and we today operate over 400 Kholus with an output of over 50 tonnes of premium grade, pungent mustard oil per day.. The same is because of the policy and attitude of the company as well as management toward quality. We at SINGHAL Industries never compromise for quality. The promoters of the company have been in the field since 1994.

The company started manufacturing mustard oil in the year 1994 in Bharatpur, Rajasthan - known to be the mustard belt of Rajasthan where approximately 40-50% of mustard crop of entire Rajasthan is cultivated. We are the pioneers to introduce Mustard oil in flexible packing (poly pouches) in northeast which was a dream envisioned by the promoter's of the company.

This business was then taken over by ‘SINGHAL INDUSTRIES Oil Mills’ with the then production being carried out under the trademark ʻDOUBLE GHANI AGMARK GRADE - Iʼ. Shri Satish Kumar Singhal (Chairman), Shri Girish Kumar Singhal and Shri Anchit Singhal bought this firm under the partnership and the mill was named ʻSinghal Industries Oil Millsʼ.
