Mustard oil has a strong sinus-irritating aroma, a hot nutty taste, and is the choicest cooking medium in most parts Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Orissa, Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Maharashtra and other parts of India.’ Production of finest quality of mustard oil depends on procuring and processing of the finest mustard seeds. Seeds are sourced from selected suppliers in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and a randomly selected sample from each consignment undergoes laboratory testing to ensure compliance to quality.

Our branded pure Mustard oil is cold pressed from traditional kolhus which gives “Kachi Ghani” flavour and natural pungency. Mustard oil has lowest level of saturated fats, high content of Mono-Unsaturated Fats and moderate content of Poly-Unsaturated Fats. All fats in excess are bad for health. But, still unsaturated fats are considered to be heart friendly as compared to saturated fats. Worldwide there is a preference to use oil extracted at low temperature which retains Omega 3 Fatty Acids, omega 6 Fatty Acids, and Vitamin E. These components act as natural antioxidants which gives a good level of protection to the body from various invasions. The oil is widely used for delicious cooking, aromatic body massage, preserving pickles, medicinal use in Ayurveda and many more.

Since the oil extracted may contain impurities, the oil is meticulously cleaned by means of sedimentation and double filtration. The purified oil is then packaged under careful supervision in a controlled environment in clean and hygienic containers.
